Rental questions

What's your delivery radius?

Local Wasatch Front delivery is available — Salt Lake City, Saratoga Springs, Lehi, Draper, Provo, Park City, and surrounding areas. Pickup from our Saratoga Springs location is always free. Delivery beyond 30 miles incurs a per-mile fee.

Do I need to put down a deposit?

Yes — a refundable damage deposit is required for the mobile bar rental. Tables and chairs typically don't require a deposit unless rented in larger quantities. Final terms are confirmed in your quote.

What happens if something gets damaged?

Light wear from normal event use is expected. Significant damage (cracks, structural damage, deep stains) is deducted from your deposit. We always document the bar's condition before pickup so there's zero ambiguity.

Can I rent the bar with bartenders?

Of course — that's our core service. Head back to the main pricing page for full-service bartending starting around $995.

Are tables and chairs really limited to 10?

For now, yes. We're starting with 10 tables and roughly 80 chairs to gauge demand. If we get traction, we'll expand inventory. Larger orders may still be possible — ask in your inquiry.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak wedding season (June–September), 4–8 weeks is ideal. Off-season, 1–2 weeks is usually fine. Inventory is first-come-first-served, so the sooner the better.
