Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1½ oz lavender simple syrup
- 1 oz mixed berry purée
- 3 fresh basil leaves
- Top with sparkling water
- Basil leaf + lemon round garnish
Method
- Muddle basil with lavender syrup in a shaker.
- Add lemon juice, berry purée, and ice.
- Shake for 10 seconds.
- Fine-strain into a glass over ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a whole basil leaf and thin lemon round.
💡 Pro tip: Make lavender syrup: simmer 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 2 tbsp dried lavender for 10 min. Strain when cool.
