Our most popular mocktail at Utah outdoor weddings. The lavender-basil combination is unexpected and elegant in the best possible way.

Ingredients
Method
  1. Muddle basil with lavender syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add lemon juice, berry purée, and ice.
  3. Shake for 10 seconds.
  4. Fine-strain into a glass over ice.
  5. Top with sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with a whole basil leaf and thin lemon round.
💡 Pro tip: Make lavender syrup: simmer 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 2 tbsp dried lavender for 10 min. Strain when cool.
