We took the classic mule and gave it a Utah identity. The sage and local honey reflect our landscape, while the ginger keeps the kick you expect.

Method
  1. Fill a copper mug (or tall glass) with ice.
  2. Add vodka, lime juice, and sage syrup.
  3. Stir briefly to combine.
  4. Top with cold ginger beer.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and 2–3 fresh sage leaves.
💡 Pro tip: The sage syrup keeps for 2 weeks in the fridge. Try it with bourbon instead of vodka for a Wasatch Mule No. 2.
