Ingredients
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz fresh watermelon juice
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz agave syrup
- Hibiscus salt rim
- Watermelon slice + dehydrated lime to garnish
Method
- Salt the rim of a rocks glass with hibiscus salt and fill with ice.
- Combine tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice, and agave in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- Double-strain into the rimmed glass.
- Garnish with a mini watermelon slice and dehydrated lime wheel.
