Method
  1. Salt the rim of a rocks glass with hibiscus salt and fill with ice.
  2. Combine tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice, and agave in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
  4. Double-strain into the rimmed glass.
  5. Garnish with a mini watermelon slice and dehydrated lime wheel.
💡 Pro tip: For a batch of 20, scale all ingredients × 18 and stir in a pitcher with a large ice block.
