Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz fresh espresso (cooled)
- ½ oz pure maple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Expressed orange peel garnish
Method
- Combine bourbon, cooled espresso, maple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds to fully chill and emulsify.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over one large cube.
- Express an orange peel over the surface and use as garnish.
