Method
  1. Prepare the tamarind-chili rim and let dry completely.
  2. Fill the rimmed glass with ice.
  3. Shake tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave with ice for 10 seconds.
  4. Strain into the prepared glass over ice.
  5. Top with grapefruit sparkling water (Topo Chico Grapefruit is ideal).
  6. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
💡 Pro tip: The tamarind rim prep can be done the day before. This is our most requested recipe after events.
