  1. Brew hibiscus tea double-strength; cool completely.
  2. Combine tea, berry purée, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake for 10 seconds.
  4. Strain into a wine glass or coupe over ice.
  5. Top with a small splash of sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with a dried hibiscus flower and lemon wheel.
